"We had a party of 5. Two adults & 3 children. The motel provided 3 face towels & 3 dry towels. My eldest son Went to the front desk at around 08:00pm. He told the older lady at the desk that we where a party of 5 and asked if we could get an additional 2 face towels & 2 dry towels. He said the lady snapped & told him that he would have to see housekeeping. Housekeeping was long gone by that time. The next day we left early but I left a note on the desk in the room explaining to housekeeping that we where a party of 5 and would like an additional 2 face towels & 2 dry towels. I also also left a $5.00 tip. When we returned to our room the note & the $5.00 was gone. We found 3 dry towels & 3 face towels. One of the dry towels had holes in it. My wife informed me that we could gone to the local wal-mart & bought the towels for not much more then the tip I left. When we went to check out my wife & kids went to the continental breakfast area to pick out one item a Piece plus an orange juice or coffee. The lady behind the desk (the same one who snapped at my son) didn't even notice me standing directly in front of her handing her the key for looking to see what my wife & kids where picking out. Just a Sorry outfit."
